What does Preorder mean?
- Preorder items are things that there has been interest in but I need a minimum number of orders placed in order for them to be pushed into production. Typically I try and put down the minimums on the item listing and update it as we get closer to the goal. If after 30 days from the last order placed there are not more orders and we have not reached minium I will refund all pending orders and that preorder will head for the vault. If there is more interest in the future I may intiate preorder attempts later on but these are not promised.
What does Made to order Mean?
- Made to order items SOMETIMES have a LONGER processing time and do not ship from Outta the Cupboard directly. Items such as "Print on demand" items (mostly those featuring the branded green geometric background and utilizing my stock model images. These items are produced by my manufactuer and fullfilled by them, meaning they will ship directly from my manufacturer to you! If you ordered other items WITH a MTO item they will arrive seperately! These are the ONLY items that are not held up due to and order containing a preorder item and I do not control their fullfillment speed. Think of it like Redbubble!
What does Ready to ship mean?
- These items are already rproduced items I have here at the shop ready to be packaged up and shipped right away! These items are shipped out typically in 2-3 buisness days, provided you do not have a PREORDER item in your order. In the instance of a preorder item acocmpanying the order, these items will not ship until the PREORDER item is ready to ship aswell.
I live in the UK and don't want to deal with the VAT on my end, what can I do?
- For our UK customers there is actually an ETSY! Etsy takes care of all of the VAT for us and makes shopping a breeze! BE WARNED THOUGH Prices on Etsy are higher than here on the main store, this is to compensate for Etsy fees and the VAT service and I cannot price match between the two.
